15. Deans of University Colleges.___ (1) There shall be a Dean of each University College who shall be its academic and executive head and. shall be responsible to the Vice -Chancellor for the performance of her duties. (2) A Dean shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommenda tion of the Vice- Chancellor on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (3) The duties and function of a Dean shall be such as may be prescribed. CHAPTER III. AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY
