4. Lawyer listings
A verified badge records checks performed on supplied information. It does not guarantee an outcome, and users should assess an advocate before engagement.
5. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform, submit knowingly false information, or use it to harm others.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LawHub and its partners are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided as is.

LawHub does not modify official court records. Links to government portals are provided for official district-court information.
