7. Authorities of the University.____ The authorities of the University shall consist of— (i) Academic Council; (ii) Advanced Studies and Research Board; (iii) Board of Governors; (iv) Board of Trustees; (v) Finance and Planning Committee; (vi) Selection Board; and (vii) such other authority as may be specified by regulations to be the authority.
