20. Resignation.—(1) The Chief Executive Officer or a Member, other than an ex officio Member, may, at any time, resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman, subject to the terms and conditions of his office. (2) An employee may, at any time, resign his post by writing under his hand addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, subject to the terms and conditions of his employment.
