11. Place of imprisonment, and liability to dismissal on imprisonment.—(1) Every person sentenced under this Ordinance to imprisonment 3* * * may be removed or dismissed from the Frontier Corps and shall be further liable by special order of the 4[Federal Government] or the Court, to forfeiture of pay and allowances and other public money due to him as well as of any medals and decorations received by him. (2) Every person so sentenced to imprisonment shall, if he is so removed or dismissed, be imprisoned in the nearest prison or such other prison as the 4[Central Government] may, by general or special order, direct, but if he is not so removed or dismissed, he may, if the Court or the Commandant so directs, be confined in the quarter guard or such other place as the Court or the Commandant may consider suitable.
