33. Offences.__ (1) Whoever, without the consent in writing of the Corporation, uses the name of the Corporation in any prospectus or advertisement shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. (2) Whoever being a Chairman, Director, adviser, auditor, officer or servant of the Corporation contravenes his declaration of fidelity and secrecy shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. (3) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Ordinance except upon a complaint in writing signed by an officer of the Corporation duly authorised in this behalf by the Corporation.
