32. Delegation of powers.__ (1) The Board may for the purposes of ensuring efficient functioning of the Corporation and facilitating transaction of its business, delegate to the Managing Director subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in this behalf, such of its powers and duties under this Ordinance as it may deem necessary. (2) The Managing Director may for the purpose of facilitating the transaction of the Corporation’s business delegate to the officers of the Corporation, subject to such conditions and limitations if any as may be specified in that behalf, such of his powers and duties under this Ordinance or the rules and regulations as may be necessary.
