15. Right of occupier, etc.___The occupier of any premises, or a person acting on his behalf,___ (a) in relation to which it is proposed to exercise a right of entry on the basis of an authorisation under section 12; or (b) on which an inspection is being carried out on the basis of such an authorisation shall be entitled to require a copy of the authorization to be shown to him by a member of the in-country escort.
