13. Particulars of authorisation.___ An authorisation under section 12 shall— (a) state the names of the members of the inspection team by whom the inspection is to be carried out; (b) contain the name of the person in charge of the in-country escorts; (c) in the case of a challenge inspection, also state the name of any observer who may accompany the team; (d) contain a description of the specified area in which the inspection is to be conducted; and (e) specify the type of inspection concerned.
