21. Tribunals of Inquiry.—(1) For holding inquiries into the professional conduct of architects and town planners, the Executive Committee may constitute as many Tribunals of Inquiry as it may consider necessary. (2) A Tribunal shall consist of three members appointed by the Executive Committee. (3) The Executive Committee shall appoint one of the members of the Tribunal to be the Chairman thereof.
