23. Review.—(1) The Executive Committee may, within thirty days of its order under sub­section (7) of section 22, either of its own motion or on application made to it in that behalf, review and, while so reviewing, modify, reverse or confirm the order. (2) An order shall not be modified or reversed unless reasonable notice has been given to the parties affected thereby to appear and be heard. .
