Section 19: Revision of register

19. Revision of register.—(1) the registrar shall remove form the register the name o f any architect or town planner— (a) who has died ; or (b) who has failed to have his certificate of registration renewed within one year of the date of its expirty ; or (c) whose name has been directed under sub section (7) of section 22 to be removed from the register. (2) The Registrar shall restore to the Regis ter the name of any architect or town planner whose name has been removed from the Register under clause (b) of sub­section (1) if such architect or town planner applies for such restoration and pays the prescribed fee. (3) The Council may, in its discretion, after the expiry of not less than one year following the removal from the Register of the name of any architect or town planner, grant registration to such architect or town planner if he applies for registration .
