25. Fund of the Council, accounts and audit .—(1) All sums received by the Council as fees, grants, donations or subscription shall form part of a fund which shall be managed, administered and utilised in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Executive Committee shall cause to be maintained such books of a ccount and other books in such form and manner as may be prescribed. (3) The accounts of the Council shall be audited before the thirtieth day of November each year by an auditor appointed by the Council who is a chartered accountant within the meaning of the Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961 ( X of 1961).
