44. Tripartite mobility.___ (1) Any officer, teacher or employee of the University shall, as the Chancellor may direct, serve in any post under the Federal G overnment or a Provincial Government or an educational or research institution in the public interest Provided that the terms and conditions offered to him or her shall not be less favourable than those admissible to him or her in the University and that full benefit of his or her previous service shall be allowed to him or her. (2) The Chancellor may, in consultation with the Selection Committee place the services of an employee of the Government or any other University or an educational or research inst itution at the disposal of the University in the public interest; Provided that the terms and conditions offered to him or her shall not be less favourable than those enjoyed by him or her immediately before his or her services are placed at the disposal of the University and that full benefit of his or her previous service shall be allowed to him or her.
