327. Countries to which the safety and Load Line Convention apply.—(1) The Federal Government, if satisfied— (a) that the Government of any country has accepted or denounced the Safety Convention or the Load Line Convention; or (b) that the Safety Convention or, as the case may be, the Load Line Convention extends or has ceased to extend to any territory; may, by notification in the official Gazette, make a declaration to that effect.
