Section 10: Disqualification

(1) No person shall be appointed or continue as member or an employee of the Commission, if such person— (a) has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude; or (b) has been or is adjudged insolvent; or (c) is incapable of discharging his duties by reason of physical, psychological or mental unfitness and has been declared so by a registered medical practitioner appointed by the division concerned; or (d) fails to disclose any conflict of interest or fails to do so within the due to time reasonable provided for such disclosure by or under this Act or any rules, regulations or guidelines prescribed from time to time; or (e) is guilty of misconduct; or (f) ceases to be citizen of Pakistan.
