Section 7: Exclusive jurisdiction of the Commission — Trade Dispute Resolution Act, 2022

(1) Within Pakistan, the Commission as constituted under this Act shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters with respect to this Act, including all issues concerning its interpretation and application. (2) Where parties have agreed that disputes between them in respect of a defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not, shall be referred to the Commission under this Act, then such disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
