8. Verification activities.___ In conducting verification, activities under the Convention, the Technical Secretariat provided under the Convention shall avoid undue intrusion into the State Party's chemical activities for permitted purposes and, in particular, abide by the provisions of the Annex on the Protection of Confidential Information to the Convention as set out in Schedule V to this Ordinance.
