6. Transfer of any scheduled chemical for permitted purposes.___ (1) No person shall transfer to a State Party or as the case may be to a state not party to the Convention any scheduled chemical listed in- (a) Schedule I except its accordance with the relevant provisions of Part VI of the Verification Annex; (b) Schedule II except in accordance with the relevant provisions of part VII of the Verification Annex; and (c) Schedule III except in accordance with the relevant provisions of Part VIII of the Verification Annex. (2) Whoever contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
