46. Penalty.⎯ Whoever contravenes any provision of this Ordinance or of any rules or regulations made or scheme sanctioned thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided for such contravention, be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or fine or with both. 1Subs. by Federal Adaptation of Laws Order, 1975 Art.
