43. Budget.⎯ (1) In the month of February each year the Authority shall submit to the 1[Federal Government] for approval a statement of the estimated receipts and expenditure in rupees in respect of the next financial year. (2) In the manner prescribed by the 1[Federal Government] the Authority shall also submit to the 1[Federal Government] for approval a statement of the estimated receipts and expenditure in foreign exchange in respect of the next financial year. 1 (3) The Authority shall obtain specific sanction of the [Federal Government] in respect of each individual scheme costing rupees twentyfive lacs or more to be financed out of the Capital Development Authority Fund. 1Subs. by Federal Adaptation of Laws Order, 1975 Art.
