1[46A. Causing damage to property.⎯ Whoever willfully causes damage or allows damage to be caused to any property which vests in the Authority or unlawfully converts it to his own use or to that of any other person shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
