Section 55: Service, of notices and other documents — Trade Dispute Resolution Act, 2022

For the purpose of this Act any notice, requisition, letter or order required to be served on an undertaking shall be treated as properly served on the undertaking, if such service is made in the manner prescribed for the service of a summons under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act V of 1908) or, as may be prescribed by rules.
