Section 54: Common seal — Trade Dispute Resolution Act, 2022

(1) The Commission shall have a common seal which shall be kept in the custody of the Chairman or such other person as may be prescribed through regulations by the Commission. (2) Documents required or permitted to be executed under the seal shall be specified and authenticated in such manner as may be prescribed through regulations by the Commission.
