WHEREAS it is expedient to provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in schools established by the Federal Government and Local Government in Islamabad Capital Territory; It is hereby enacted as follows:⸺

• Section 6: Duty of appropriate Government to establish school

• Section 17: Terms and conditions of service of teachers
• Section 18: Duties of teachers
• Section 19: Other teachers related matters
• Section 20: Monitoring of child's right to education
