28. Repeal.—The Islamabad Capital Territory Compulsory Primary Education Ordinance, 2002 (XIV of 2002) shall stand repealed: Provided that such repeal shall not affect the previous operations of the law under repeal or order passed or anything duly done or suffered there under.
