WHEREAS the national interest of Pakistan in relation to the achievement of uniformity within the meaning of clause (2) of Article 131 of the Constitution requires Central legislation in the matter; It is hereby enacted as follows:__ CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY

- Section 8: Disabilities. Notwithstanding anything contained in section 4 a person shall not be

- Section 11: President, VicePresident, Secretary and Treasurer
- Section 12: Resignation of membership and casual vacancies
