30. Alteration in the Register and cancellation of certificate.— (1) Where an order is made under this Act reprimanding a member of the Institute, a record of the punishment shall be entered against his name in the Register. (2) Where the name of any, member is removed from the Register, the certificate of membership and the certificate of practice, if any granted to him shall be recalled and cancelled.
