18. Audit and accounts. ___(1) The accounts of the College shall be maintained in the prescribed form and manner and shall be audited annually by an auditor appointed by the Accountant General, Pakistan Revenue. (2) No expenditure shall be made from the funds of the College unless a bill for its payment has been audited by the Audit Officer of the College in accordance with the rules made under this Ordinance. (3) The College shall furnish to the Federal Government each year a report on annual audited accounts, a report on the activities of the College during the preceding year and such information relating to its activities as may be asked for by the Federal Government.
