Section 91: Application of certain provisions to banking company incorporated by special enactments of the Federal Legislature

91. Application of certain provisions to banking company incorporated by special enactments of the 3[Federal Legislature].-- In the case of a banking company incorporated by a 10[Federal] Act 7[or an Act of Parliament] and not liable to be wound up under the 2[companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984)], the provisions of sections 11, 8[15A, 15C, 16 to 19, 21, 23 to 25B], 28 to 33, 34 [excluding sub-section (3)] , 36, 39, 40, 9[41, 41A, 41B, 41C, 41D], 42, 45, 46, 83, 84, 85, 90, 92 and 93 shall, without prejudice to the provisions of such 10[Federal] Act apply so far as may be, to and in relation to such banking company.
