90. Certain claims for compensation barred.--No person shall have any right, whether in contract or otherwise, to any compensation for any loss incurred by reason of the operation of any of the provisions contained in sections 11, 15, 4[15A, 15B, 15C, 20, 25A, 5[27], 35, 41, 41A, 41B, 41C,] 42, 6[43A, 5[43AA], 43B, 43C, 43D, 43E, 43F], 47 and 58 or by reason of the compliance by a banking company with any order or direction given to it under this Ordinance.
