20. Budget:___ (1) The Institute shall, in each year, submit to the Board for approval a budget by such date and in the form as may be prescribed by rules, for each financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and the sums which are likely to be required from the Federal Government during the financial year. (2) The Institute may open accounts in any scheduled bank in Pakistan.
