18. Institute open to all classes, creeds etc.:___The Institute shall be open to all persons of either sex of whatever religion, race, colour or domicile who are academically qualified for admission to the courses of study offered by the Institute based on the criteria and policy determined by the Board and no person shall be denied the privileges of the Institute on the ground only of sex, religion, race, class, colour or domicile.
