1. Short title and commencement.___ (1) This Ordinance may be called the Requisitioned Land (Continuance of Powers) Ordinance, 1969. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force on the date on which the Defence of Pakistan Ordinance, 1965 (XXIII of 1965), ceases to have effect under clause (7) of Article 30 of the Constitution.
