4. Constitution of Frontier Crops.—The Frontier Corps shall be constituted in such manner, and the members of the Frontier Corps shall receive such pay, pension and other remuneration, and shall enjoy such leave and other privileges as may be prescribed by the 2[Federal Government] from time to time.
