5. Teaching and Examinations. ____(1) All academic programmers of the college shall be conducted in the prescribed manner and the Commission shall ensure that the courses of study, the curriculum, and the practical work at the college are comparable in standard with other similar institutions. (2) The college shall associate external examiners in the conduct of its examinations. (3) No degree shall be granted unless a student has passed an examination in Islamic and Pakistan Studies, or, in the case of a non-Muslim student, in Ethics and Pakistan Studies.
