7. The Controlling Authority. ___(1) The Federal Minister for Education shall be the Controlling Authority of the College. (2) The Controlling Authority shall preside at the Convocation and when present at the meetings of the Board or Committees. (3) If the Controlling Authority is satisfied that the proceedings of the Board or Committees are not in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, the Regulations and the Rules, it may annul such proceedings.
