232. Uniforms to be prescribed.—(1) The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules prescribing the uniforms (hereinafter referred to as the standard uniform) which a person employed on a Pakistani ship shall be entitled to wear; and a different standard uniform may be prescribed for persons of different positions or ranks. (2) A person entitled to wears standard uniform shall, if so required by the rules but subject to the provisions of this Chapter, wear the standard uniform appropriate to his position or rank.
