34. Repeal and savings .—(1) The Territorial Waters and Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (LXXXII of 1976) is hereby repealed. (2) Everything done and all actions, liabilities or proceedings commenced or power conferred, rules made and notifications issued, under any provision of the said repealed Act shall continue in force and be deemed to have been respectively done, taken, incurred, commenced, appointed, authorized, conferred, made or issued under this Act. ___________ RGN.
