13. Record of the orders. ___ (1) While issuing the warrant, the Judge shall make a formal order indicating reasons for accepting the request of the applicant. The original copy of the formal order shall be given to the applicant for safe custody. (2) The formal order and its record shall not be made public and shall be kept in safe custody.
