7. General provisions relating to meetings of the Council.(1) An annual or extraordinary general meeting of the Council shall be held and conducted in accordance with the byelaws. (2) To constitute a quorum at an annual or extraordinary general meeting of the Council, the presence of not less than fifty members shall be necessary: Provided that, in respect of the Council constituted under subsection (5) of section 3 this sub section shall have effect as if for the word “fifty” therein the word “five” were substituted. (3) All decisions of the Council at an annual or extraordinary general meeting shall be taken by majority of the members present and voting.
