Section 71: Delegation

71. Delegation.__ (1) The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette and subject to such conditions and limitations as may be specified in the notification, delegate all or any of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary or expedient to the Provincial Government, Director-General or any other authority or officer of the Federal Government. (2) The Provincial Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, subject to such conditions and limitations as may be specified in the notification, delegate all or any of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary or expedient, to any authority or officer of that Government.
