69. Departments to render assistance to the Special Courts, etc.__ All departments of the Government, banks, financial institutions, corporate bodies, companies, societies and agencies shall assist the Special Court, Director-General or any other officer authorised by the Federal Government for the purposes of any inquiry, tracing of any assets or for ascertaining whether any assets held by any person, his associate or relative were acquired by committing any offence under this Act.
