99. Power to remove goods from one warehouse to another in the same customs-station.- (1) Any owner 18[or a manufacturer-cum-exporter duly authorized by such owner in respect] of goods warehoused under this Act may, within the period of their warehousing under section 98, and with the permission of the Collector of Customs, on such conditions and after giving such security, if any, as the Collector directs, remove goods from one warehouse to another warehouse in the same warehousing station. (2) When any owner 18[or a manufacturer-cum-exporter duly authorized by such owner] desires to remove any goods, he shall apply for permission to do so in such form as the Board may prescribe.
