Section 100: Power to remove goods from one warehousing station to another

100. Power to remove goods from one warehousing station to another.- (1) Any owner 18[or a manufacturer-cum-exporter duly authorized by such owner in respect] of goods warehoused at any warehousing station may, within the period of their warehousing under section 98, remove the same for the purpose of warehousing them at any other warehousing station. (2) When any owner 18[or a manufacturer-cum-exporter duly authorized by such owner] desires to remove any goods for such purpose, he shall apply to the Collector of Customs in such form and manner as the Board may prescribe stating therein the particulars of the goods to be removed, and the name of the customs-station to which they are to be removed.
