33. Power to publish information.-- 1[(1)] The State Bank, if it considers it in the public interest so to do, may publish any information obtained by it under this Ordinance in such consolidated form as it thinks fit. 1[(2) The State Bank may publish any information regarding its enforcement actions including warning, penalty, order of removal, or any other action against a banking company or a director, chief executive or any other officer of a banking company, if deemed necessary for the interest of the banking company or its depositors, public interest or the prevention of the use of the financial system for any illegal activity including money laundering or financing of terrorism.]
