16. Controller's power to prohibit certain trades and occupations. The Controller may, by order in writing, prohibit, within one hundred yards of a hotel or restaurant, the carrying on of any trade, profession, occupation or industry which in his opinion is likely to be— (i) injurious to the health and well being of guests or customers or a hazard to their safety ; (ii) a nuisance as defined in the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860) ; or (iii) offensive to good taste.
