Section 34: Self-allocation by the Commission

If the parties to the trade dispute are unable to agree on any of the resolution methods stated wider sub-clauses (i) and (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 33, within thirty days of the suggested allocation by the Commission, or one more of the parties against whom complaint has been filed fails to appear at the date notified by the Commission in the notice to appear, the Commission may then initiate proceedings and reach a final determination in accordance with Part-V.
