32. Vesting of land in the Authority.⎯ Immediately on the making of the award under section 28, the land shall vest in the Authority free from all encumbrances 1[and thereupon the Deputy Commissioner may, after giving reasonable notice to the occupier, enter upon and take possession of the same] 2[:] 2[Provided that in case of a separate award for land and the buildings thereon, the land or the building, as the case may be, shall vest in the Authority free from all encumbrances upon the making of the respective award.]
