Section 9: Accounts

9. Accounts.— (1) Subject to Articles 169 and 170 of the Constitution, the Club shall maintain proper books of accounts and other records relating to its financial affairs to be kept in such forms and manner as determined by the Auditor General of Pakistan and shall as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year cause to prepare for that financial year statements of accounts of the Club which shall include a balance sheet and an account of income and expenditure. (2) The financial year of the Club shall be the period of twelve months ending thirtieth (30) June, each year.
